was founded in 1998 to respond to the growing
demand for imaging and document management solutions. It was spawned from its sister company,
MCM Integrated Technologies Ltd. which was established in 1994 as a "total solutions"
provider for information technology products and services.
MCM entered the imaging and document management arena in 1997 and realizing the
significant potential of this market, ScanTech was formed as a separate company to
address this market segment. The primary purpose of ScanTech is to provide complete
solutions to companies wishing to implement an effective imaging and document
management systems
by providing;
- consulting services to assess client's needs
- selection of hardware and software
- procurement and supply of equipment and software
- implementation of I&DM system
- setup and training
- back-file conversions
In addition to providing Imaging and Document Management solutions, ScanTech has
also branched into other related and interesting areas such as software
development, customizations and providing unique scanning services.
The most significant accomplishment in this respect is the development of
"e/Forms-Financial" software. With over 3000 users and many unique customized
web-based applications that utilize the proprietary technology behind e/Forms,
ScanTech continues to grow and expand into new markets.

Murat received his B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from Robert College
(Istanbul, Turkey) in 1972 and his Masters degree in Structural Engineering from
UBC in 1973. After 11 years with Swan Wooster Engineering (now, Sandwell) in
Vancouver, he spent three years in California as Vice President of Engineering
(SSD) and later on Marketing (EDA) with the software company now known as REBIS.
He returned to Vancouver in 1988 and joined H.A.Simons as Manager, Computer
Applications for the Structural & Architectural Dept. Murat has spent most part
of his 25 years of experience in computers and their applications in engineering and
business environment as a specifier and purchaser. Consequently, he truly understands
clients' needs and the importance of timely delivery of tools to the hands of the end

Frank
graduated from Simon Fraser University in Burnaby,
BC with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
He has been working in the software development
field since graduation.
Frank has experience in many different aspects
of information technology ranging from Adobe
Acrobat and database development to Windows-Specific
multimedia related projects. Frank is always
looking to be involved with the cutting edge
of technology. Currently at ScanTech he is involved
with product development including development
of software for custom uses, new products and
web based applications.
Rashpal
Bains - Solutions

Rashpal graduated from
University of BC located in Vancouver,
BC. She is a progressive, innovative management
professional with 5 years of broad-based experience
in administration, product development and implementation
procedures. Her main focus is on sales and marketing.
She is responsible for managing and organizing
all facets of client relationships (pre/post
sale), which cultivate and maintain enterprise
management relationships with customers and
executives. Other responsibilities include scheduled
collaborations with the ScanTech team to ensure
all client needs are being met, as well as the
recruiting coordinator. And as if these responsibilities
weren't enough, Rashpal also holds the position
of Operations Manager with MCM Integrated Technologies.
