e/Forms-Financial Online is the latest version of the e/Forms productivity series developed by ScanTech Imaging Corp. New users can purchase and download an installation program. The users will then be given access to the electronic forms as well as the links to contact management software for electronic form completion over the web. The advantage to using an online version provides the user with instant access to the most up-to-date forms 24 hours a day and from anywhere in the world. Another valuable feature of e/Forms online is its ability to be used when an Internet connection is unavailable. The user has the option to download commonly used forms to the hard drive for off-line completion.
Internet Updates and Upgrades
ScanTech is responsible for posting form and software updates. Users will be notified of these changes following their login to e/Forms online. Users are responsible for updating the downloaded forms on the hard drive.
Licenses
e/Forms Online is distributed on a license per Advisor basis. A single license can be installed on multiple computers, i.e. assistants; home PC and an Advisor's notebook provided the license is registered to a single Advisor. The cost of a license is per year and the license can be renewed each year upon request. A comprehensive pricing schedule can be found in our Library.
Annual MES (Maintenance, Enhancements and Support)
Maintenance includes error fixes to the executable program and replacement for the original forms with revised versions as and when mutual fund companies make them available. ScanTech will upload the new industry standard form(s) to e/Forms Online within seven days of its receipt. Enhancements include, but not limited to, smart links to additional contact management software and performance improvements. All releases and new forms will be distributed electronically.
